I am passionate about supporting people through their emotional and mental challenges towards a fulfilling life. As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist I provide a caring, safe container for people to explore and discover new avenues to expand their wellbeing.

With over 20 years experience working with people with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety and trauma recovery, including people on the autistic spectrum with challenges including social skills.

I have a vast toolbox to compliment your own knowledge of yourself to enhance your journey.
